(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP and utility billing system.– Implement a modern ERP application that provides excellent integration across all the modules and provides workflow and automation throughout the system to eliminate manual processes for recurring tasks.– User interface should be browser–based and can be accessed via workstation, or via a mobile tablet or phone with a responsive design.– Robust accounts payable module that supports automation is required for this project that should be integrated across the other financial functions.– Maintains fixed assets within their financial system, which includes vehicles, buildings, equipment, structures, utility infrastructure.– Provides the ability to automatically calculate gains and losses on sale or retirement with correct general ledger transactions, to include removing accumulated depreciation.– Grants and grant reporting.– Business analytics and reporting.– HR and payroll.– Provides an employee self–service portal where the employee can manage their information, view pay history, pay stubs and federal and state forms, and submit leave or other requests and enter their time.– Time entry and payroll.– Create, modify and manage customer service locations (premises), to include adding, removing and modifying services and equipment at that location.– Create and view alerts for customer accounts, such as cash–only, cut–off, medical etc.– Flexible delinquent and collection tools.– Customers can view and download their current and historical bills.– Mobile application should be available for both Android and iOS devices.– Utilizes Esri GIS for its mapping functions for electric, gas, water, wastewater and fiber.– ERP fixed assets and projects and elements work order system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13,2026.
