(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Dickinson, ND. – Clean and disinfect faucets, sinks, toilets, water fountains, hand dryers, door handles, pop machines, and other fixtures that are subject to being touched.– Fill soap dispensers and sanitizer stations.– Wet mop floors and vacuum and clean floor mats and entry ways.– Clean picnic tables and shelters.– Clean mirrors. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2926. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
