(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, implementation, hosting, migration and support service using content management system. • Provide municipal website platform and content management system (CMS), including implementation or migration, hosting, support, training, and related services.• Provide a user–friendly public website, strong staff editing capability, accessibility support, reliable hosting, and predictable long–term cost.• Website platform and CMS licensing.• Website implementation or migration.• Hosting and technical support.• Accessibility support and compliance assistance.• Agenda or minutes tools or integrations.• Migration assumptions.• Content conversion responsibilities.• Design and template approach.• Emergency alert functionality or integration options.• Accessibility monitoring, remediation support, or reporting.• Content editor permissions and workflow controls.• Data export capability and format at contract end.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
