(1) Vendor needs to provide view apartments master plan services to the government authority located in Asheville, NC.– Housing Strategy: Develop a mixed–income housing strategy to include rental and homeownership units of various building typologies.– Public Amenities: Integrate Park, recreation, community facilities, and wellness and supportive services for public use, aligning with the goal of creating positive community impact and well–being.– Infrastructure and connectivity: Identify conceptual streetscape, multimodal transportation (including connectivity infrastructure to support proposed uses), and utility improvements required.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
