(1) Vendor needs to provide bulk refuse transfer service to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN.– Providing a licensed transfer station or dump site – Materials delivered may include, but are not limited to, municipal solid waste (MSW), construction and demolition debris, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, mattresses, box springs, microwaves, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, furnaces, water heaters, snow blowers, lawn mowers, computer monitors, televisions, tires, media players, desktop printers, scanners, batteries, and other computer peripherals.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
