(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site counselling services to the government authority located in California.– The On–Site Counselling Program is a component of a comprehensive Corpsmember development program which includes programs in work learn, literacy, career development, conservation awareness, community activism and basic education.– On–site counsellor provides an expanded array of services such as: individual and group counselling, support groups, education and personal development classes/workshops (such as sexual assault prevention), peer leadership development, peer counselling, staff consultation and training, identifying and engaging Corpsmembers into the counselling program and referral to community services.– Provide between 4 to 6 hours of professional services per week, including individual and group counselling, as well as staff consultation, for young adults between the ages of 18 and 25.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
