Vendor needs to provide legionella testing and water treatment program services include pulling, analysing and reporting samples from various potable water systems to the government authority located in Ohio.– Testing to be conducted at a frequency that aligns with the individual hospitals water treatment program.– The contractor shall coordinate with the hospital representative on dates they plan to conduct sample retrieval to minimize disruption to patient care. The contractor must provide the hospital representative with notice 48 hours prior to entry.
