Downtown Pawleys Island Streetscape Plan

Georgetown County, SC is seeking qualified firms to develop a preliminary design to enhance the walkability along this area of Highway 17, provide better and safer opportunities for the use of mass transit and cyclists using principles for a “complete street”, and improve and expand wayfinding signage.
