(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency interim housing supportive services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.– Provide 24/7 site operations and housing–focused supportive services.– Case management policies and procedures.– Case management structure: detailing the operator’s case management process, including how clients will be supported during their stay.– The selected operator shall provide comprehensive, participant–centered supportive services to promote stability, well–being, and transition to permanent housing.– Community engagement and empowerment: opportunities for peer leadership, participant advisory councils and activities that build community and foster shared decision–making.
