(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.                  – To enhance the overall quality, consistency, and efficiency of custodial services at the Marion campus. – To establish a partnership with a vendor that will support its mission of providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.• Improved Service Consistency: Ensure reliable custodial coverage across all campus areas with clearly defined schedules, quality standards, and accountability measures.• Enhanced Health and Safety: Incorporate best practices and products that promote hygiene, indoor air quality, and overall wellness, while reducing the use of harsh or scented chemicals.• Operational Efficiency: Streamline custodial operations through improved staffing, supervision, and communication between the contractor and College representatives.• Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship: Support agency sustainability goals through waste reduction, environmentally friendly cleaning practices, and the responsible use of resources.• Continuous Improvement: Introduce innovative approaches, equipment, and technologies that improve cleaning effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance the campus experience.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
