(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial painting services to the government authority located in Naples, FL.– Contractor must inspect each aerial crossing (pipes and appurtenances) to evaluate existing coatings, corrosion, general condition, and any safety or access constraints.– Contractor must confirm with the project manager the service type of each pipe (wastewater, potable water, IQ, raw water) to ensure proper color–coding consistent with County standards.– Contractor must determine the safest and most efficient means of accessing the aerial (e.g., from land, watercraft, scaffolding, or lifts).– Contractor must provide, construct, maintain, and remove any temporary access (such as platforms, ladders, scaffolding, staging, or containment) necessary to safely reach all work areas, including canal crossings and other elevated locations.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
