(1) Vendor needs to provide brand strategy assessment and consulting services.– Provide project management, research design, research discovery to include, but not limited to survey administration, interview facilitation, benchmarking, analysis, and workshop facilitation, reporting, and strategic recommendations.– Employee sentiment, culture, and corporate values:– Engage an employee population of approximately 500 employees representing executives, managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.– Design and administer an organization–wide employee sentiment survey.– Conduct confidential one–on–one interviews and focus groups with a representative cross–section of employees.– Benchmark findings against relevant organizations and industry best practices.– Assess organizational culture, engagement, workforce alignment, and key themes impacting employee experience.– External stakeholder perceptions and market insights:– Design and administer stakeholder surveys and interviews.– Evaluate brand perception, reputation, and market positioning.– Identify key drivers of customer decision–making and stakeholder engagement.– Integration and strategic recommendations:– Areas of alignment and misalignment between internal culture and external perception.– Implications for corporate values and organizational culture.– Implications for customer engagement and market positioning.– Strategic opportunities to strengthen organizational alignment and support future growth.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
