TRANSPORT-11617 - USA (Bossier, Louisiana) - Charter Bus Service for Athletic Teams - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide charter bus service for athletic teams to the government authority located in Bossier, LA.– A single bus will be used for all trips for each sport. High School Buses are not allowed. Charter Buses only.– All buses must be 2016 model or newer.– All mechanical equipment must be maintained at or above industry standards.– Bus company must be able to provide a 24–hour contact name and telephone number for emergencies.– The Vendor will be responsible for all operating costs such as fuel, surcharges, tolls, maintenance and all labor costs associated with the driver.– Successful bidder must provide documentation of a satisfactory agency rating.– Have random alcohol and drug testing.– Adhere to federal motor coach carrier safety regulations.– Must be licensed to operate in Louisiana to perform the work as outlined in the specifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
