(1) Vendor needs to provide program delivery and general contracting services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.• To provide program delivery and general contracting services for its funded hurricane housing recovery program• Provides critical owner–occupied housing rehabilitation, structural resiliency enhancements, and hazard mitigation improvements designed for low– and moderate–income homeowners impacted by the storm.• Component A focuses on community outreach, bilingual marketing, intake processing, income and ownership eligibility verifications, Duplication of Benefits analysis, and environmental review coordination.• Development, general contractor procurement, on–site supervision, progress inspections, and project closeouts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 24, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on Aug 12, 2026.
