NET-16644 - USA (Chicago, Illinois) - Network and Telephone Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide network and telephone services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.a. Provide a static IP address (if Broadband is proposed) or comparable service such as private SD_WAN for each Scattered Sites property.b. Provide a minimum of 100Mbps (megabits) upload and 100Mbps download to each Scattered Sites property.c. Recommend and/or provide network equipment modems, routers or wireless equipment as needed for this project.d. Agree to a minimum number of locations for the Contract as locations will be added and removed as needed.e. Provide pricing on the service equipment listed in Exhibit I.f. Provide a service level agreement with escalation procedure to resolve any outstanding issues.g. Provide a maintenance agreement on any equipment leased and/or procured.h. Extend data lines into site main distribution facilities.i. Setup, configure, and install Selected Respondent’s equipment into site main distribution facilities.j. Provide a phased deployment schedule for installation of the service.k. Provide a single business account that all sites will be billed.(2) An in–person pre–proposal conference will be held on July 14,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
