NET-16994 - USA (Umatilla, Oregon) - Intercom and Lighting Controls Upgrade Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide intercom and lighting controls upgrade service to the government authority located in Umatilla, OR. – Furnish and install new listed low–voltage conductors, raceways, supports, and associated hardware; integrate new lighting control panels using CAT6 cabling to network agency; and connect all field devices, discrete I/O, and touch–screen controls in accordance with the specifications.– Work includes demolition of affected existing systems, installation of new wiring and components, protection of existing facility finishes, and full coordination with agency representatives to minimize disruption. – Shop drawings, product data, and AutoCAD–formatted record drawings must be maintained throughout the project, documenting all routing, terminations, and deviations.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
