(1) Vendor needs to provide regional infrastructure coordination hub support service to the government authority located in Michigan. – To qualify up to six engineering consultants to support local agencies integrating their Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects into the Michigan Infrastructure Council agency Project Portal and the Regional Infrastructure Coordination Hub.– The consultants, under the direction of the agency staff, will work with local agencies to collect existing Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs), assist in developing new plans, and educate communities on the importance of asset management practices and coordinated infrastructure projects.• Capital Improvement Project Mapping• Meetings and Presentations• Asset Management Survey Support• Promotion of agency Events and Trainings(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
