156-27-033 Request for Information - Law Enforcement Promotional Process

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information from qualified organizations regarding tools, methodologies, and best‑practice approaches that support a fair, transparent, consistent, and legally defensible promotional process for sworn personnel. The Agency is assessing opportunities to modernize and strengthen its promotional framework to ensure alignment with contemporary law-enforcement standards and to promote fair and impartial advancement opportunities. The vendor must be capable of evaluating the Agency’s current promotional process and providing recommendations to modernize and strengthen its promotional framework to ensure it identifies employees who possess the knowledge, leadership competencies, judgment, decision-making ability, and aptitude necessary for success in investigative, supervisory and command positions.
