(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing agency services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Recruitment and Screening:• Recruit and maintain a pool of qualified candidates. • Conduct interviews and reference checks. • Verify employment eligibility. • Perform criminal background checks where required. • Conduct drug screening when requested. • Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials as applicable. – Placement Services: • Provide qualified candidates within requested timeframes. • Replace unsatisfactory personnel promptly at no additional cost – Payroll and Benefits Administration:• Serve as employer of record for temporary personnel. • Manage payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, and employee benefits. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
