DEBT-2198 - USA (Dallas, Texas) - Subrogation Recovery and Collection Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide subrogation recovery and collection services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Provide comprehensive subrogation recovery services for the agency's worker’s compensation, automobile liability, property, general liability and other eligible insurance claims. – Identify, investigate, pursue, negotiate and recover funds from responsible third parties while maximizing recoveries and maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. • Perform recovery on fixed property, damaged equipment, and workers compensation payments.• Maximize financial recoveries through effective subrogation practices.• Reduce claim costs and improve overall claims management performance.• Identify subrogation opportunities early in the claims lifecycle.• Provide professional, timely, and cost–effective recovery services.• Maintain accurate reporting and transparent communication throughout the recovery process.• Claim identification and screening: Review open and closed claims to identify potential subrogation opportunities.• Investigation: Conduct comprehensive investigations to determine third–party liability.• Liability analysis.• Recovery services: Pursue recovery from responsible parties and their insurers. • Litigation management.• Maintain a documentation file that includes all contact attempts made to the responsible third parties and/or their insurance carrier, along with the applicable supports provided for the amounts owed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
