Vendor needs to provide strategic communications services. – Organization is seeking to identify a partner that will help translate strategic priorities into clear, accessible, and consistent communications.– The partner should be able to advise on communications strategy, develop compelling messages and materials, support large media campaigns, strengthen digital presence, and support routine communications operations by being embedded within the Organization team.– Develop a brand and messaging strategy that clarifies Organization’s overall positioning, narrative, and message architecture.– This may include an environmental scan of existing communications and campaigns, audience research, message testing, core narrative development, audience–specific messaging, and guidance for consistent use across channels.– Media and Public Relations: Create and implement media relations strategies that support Organization’s visibility and credibility.– Digital and Social Media: Support Organization in strengthening and implementing its digital footprint through channel strategy, content planning, targeted messaging, social media support, website content modification, and community engagement.– Measurement and Reporting: Develop a practical measurement approach that tracks communications outputs, outcomes, engagement metrics, campaign performance, and learning over time.
