(1) Vendor needs to provide urban greening workforce development training program services to the government authority located in Vallejo, CA.– Design and implement an urban greening workforce development training program that combines environmental justice, urban greening, and hands–on workforce development.– Establish a workforce development pipeline that connects city residents to employment opportunities created by investments in urban greening and climate–resilient landscapes.– Develop and deliver a practical training program that prepares Vallejo residents for entry–level employment and career advancement in horticulture, arboriculture, irrigation, tree planting, landscape maintenance, and urban canopy management.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
