BILLING-3198 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Credit Reporting and Public Record Search Service - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide credit reporting and public record search service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• Credit Reporting Services (tri–merge, individual and joint)Provider must perform, or cause to be performed, the following services:1. Provide instant tri–merge and single credit report results for individual and joint requests, including credit scores for EFX, TUC, and XPN per applicant (include credit score).2. Have the ability to provide skip trace service (the debtor trace is tracing people for debt collection purposes).3. Allow agency to submit credit report requests via agency loan origination software instantly upon request.4. Provide credit reports to be directly imported from the vendor directly into agency loan origination software instantly upon request.5. Allow for credit file re–issues/re–access and secondary use of credit report results for agency automated underwriting system.6. Provide monthly invoices that include itemized details of each line item (for example, name of loan processor who submitted the request, applicant account number, name of applicant, type of credit report delivered, joint or individual report, product and access type, charge).(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
