(1) Vendor needs to provide specialty pharmacy payor access services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.– Provide strategic consulting and implementation support in the following areas:– Health system–owned specialty pharmacy programs– Specialty pharmacy payer contracting– Commercial and government payer negotiations– Pharmacy Business Manager (PBM) contracting– Specialty pharmacy market development– Academic medical centers or integrated delivery networks– Specialty Pharmacy Payor Access (Primary Scope)– Strategic Planning– Develop a comprehensive payor access strategy– Payor Contracting Support– Specialty Pharmacy Strategic Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
