(1) Vendor needs to provide shorthand court reporting services. – Provide court reporting services related to hearings, formal and informal testimonies/meetings, depositions/video depositions and real–time reporter services. Certified transcripts may be needed upon request.– Certified transcripts may be needed upon request.– Services are required statewide in (Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Lake, Lassen, Los Angeles, Madera, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Orange, Placer, Plumas, Riverside, Sacramento, San Benito, San Bernadino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo. San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Ventura, Yolo, and Yuba counties).– A Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR), using stenographic equipment, reports proceedings held before a judge or other hearing officer. When the judge or hearing officer presides over these proceedings in civil court or civil proceeding, the CSR reporting must have a high level of competence to accurately report multiple voice hearings and official meetings.– Remote services – services provided using standard office videoconferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, BlueJeans, etc.) that allows parties, attorneys, the Court, and Certified Shorthand Reporters to interact with each other from separate physical locations.– Remote services setup.– Legal Video Specialists provide video recording, web streaming, and associated services for interviews, depositions, and/or other proceedings as required by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
