(1) Vendor needs to provide generation system improvement services to the government authority located in Brookfield, WI.• Generally described as installation of a natural gas generator and automatic transfer switch.• Installation of variable frequency drives.• Installation of motor control centres.• Installation of generator control panel replacement.• Installation of lighting panels and adjustment of circuits.• Installation of neutral ground resistors• Associated electrical improvements at including. sitework, structural, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and instrumentation and control.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) Pre–bid meeting had been held on October 10, 2026.
