BANKING-9056 - USA (Midland, Texas) - Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Services - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide automated teller machine (ATM) services to the government authority located in Midland, TX. – Provide, install, operate, maintain, and support automated teller machine (ATM) services.– Provide and maintain a minimum of two ATM machines at locations designated by the airport.– ATM equipment shall be commercial–grade, ADA compliant, and capable of accepting major debit and credit card transactions.– Cash management and security for cash replenishment, transaction processing, and compliance with all applicable banking, PCI, cybersecurity, and financial security requirements.– Offeror shall be responsible for all installation, operation, maintenance, repairs, software updates, monitoring, and replacement of ATM equipment as necessary.– Offeror shall maintain ATM availability and respond to service interruptions within twenty–four (24) hours.– Protect customer information and maintain appropriate safeguards for transaction security.(2) The contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
