AIR-019 - USA (Wailuku, Hawaii) - AIR Conditioning Maintenance Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide AIR conditioning maintenance services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.a. Clean filters or replace per manufacturer specifications.b. Wash down coils and exterior of unit.c. Clear condensation drains with compressed air or high–pressure waterd. Clean and wipe the outside of each unit with a weather resistant preservativefor additional unit protection.e. Oil fan and motor bearings per manufacturer recommendations.f. Vacuum the base pan for dirt and dust.g. Check unit and adjustment controls for proper operation.h. If unit has a lead–lag control, perform test to insure functionality.i. Check for any system leaks (refrigerant, air, fluids).j. Check refrigerant charge.k. Treat any observable corrosion on exterior unit.l. Report any potential deficiencies that are discovered and suggest correctiveaction to mitigate problem.– The contractor shall also maintain a separate book, record, documents andother evidence pertaining to the maintenance, technical measurements/readings, repairs, and costs for the air conditioning system(2) The contract period will be for one year.
