EXTRA-75881 - USA (Santa Fe, New Mexico) - Independent Evaluator Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent evaluator services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– Services will include design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, mixed methods evaluation aligned with state requirements and the early access and region one logic model.– Evaluation design and framework.– Develop data collection tools, templates, and reporting protocols for the early access and the region one plans.– Develop and manage a continuous quality improvement plan to ensure fidelity to both the early access and region one plans.– Track implementation fidelity and output indicators.– Assess improvements in access, capacity, coordination, and workforce stability.– Produce quarterly performance dashboards and reports as well as annual reports for the early access and region one plans.– Develop standardized performance metrics and definitions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting was held on September 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
