(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 emergency reporting telephone lines and public health disease reporting maintain service. • Agency seeking a contractor to staff and maintain telephone lines with live, trained nurses 24 hours per day/7 days a week to receive calls regarding reportable• Provide a 24/7 contact number for various community partners and the public to receive event– or disease–specific information and guidance.• Contractor will staff and maintain a telephone reporting line with live trained nurses to receive calls from community partners, healthcare providers, and the public to provide general county information and to accept disease and public health emergency reports.• Provide a manual listing the general county information and after–hours telephone numbers that are to be provided to the public and health care providers. • Provide telephone contact numbers to county public health personnel and backup personnel to ensure the transfer of pre–identified reports or inquiries that must be handled within 24 hours.• Provide a 24–hour county reporting system manual and applicable protocols• Provide regular updates of activities that might generate calls for the reporting line.• Maintain and provide a log to documenting each call received, action taken, and additional information as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 15, 2026.
