(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering and environmental consulting services to the government authority located in St. Boise, ID.• Firms on the List, if selected for a particular project, may be required to investigate; analyze; evaluate; report; coordinate; prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents; provide bid/award evaluation service• The architectural or engineering services and other duties contemplated under this Contract (the “Consulting Services”) are to be rendered for specific projects to be authorized, after review• Conduct project kickoff meeting with Town staff.• Develop and maintain a project schedule.• Coordinate with Town staff throughout the project.• Provide monthly progress updates.• Facilitate review meetings at key milestones.– Existing Conditions Assessment• Review available survey, mapping, and as–built information.• Conduct field reconnaissance.• Establish survey control(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
