(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.– Vacuum all carpets, mats– Spot clean carpets and mats– Empty and change wastebasket liners– Dust and clean file cabinets– Wash urinal dividers with cleaner– Empty all exterior garbage cans– Damp mop restroom floors with soap and bleach– Clean and dust moldings– Spot clean all doors– Wipe and dust baseboards(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10,2026.(3) A pre–bid job walk site will be held on July 7,2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
