(1) Vendor needs to provide curriculum development service to the government authority located in NY. – Provide a comprehensive curriculum for a state–wide film and television training program. – The curriculum will be used to provide foundational training for entry–level trades such as production assistants, lighting technicians and set construction.– Design, document, and prepare for the implementation of the comprehensive, multi–track curriculum for the agency. • Program development and structure: Design a model for a comprehensive, foundational 9–12–month training program that introduces three to four specific technical or craft–based production career paths. • Curriculum content development: Develop all instructional materials required for the program operator’s training “hubs“ to run a unified, statewide program.• Professional readiness and support systems: Integrate and document all non–technical components necessary to ensure successful participant placement and retention, supporting the goal of expanded access and equity for underrepresented agency.• Alignment, assessment and quality assurance: Build in mechanisms for quality control and industry alignment to ensure the curriculum leads to successful, certifiable employment.• Implementation and advisory support: Provide direct transitional support to the selected training hub operators to ensure the effective launch and delivery of the new curriculum.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
