Water Use Restriction Enforcement Services

The goal of this RFP is to provide water use restriction enforcement services for the Water Department’s service area within the City of Tampa’s municipal boundaries. Services shall be required year-round and may be on any day of the week or at any time during a twenty-four (24) hour period, depending on the restrictions in place. The number of patrollers needed for enforcement services may vary anywhere between one (1) to four (4) patrollers per shift throughout the contract year and is subject to change at any given time, although the peak demand for patrolling is March through June. The estimated yearly expenditure is approximately $200,000.
