Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning modernization system integrator services.– Replacement of the current Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system. In addition to Oracle PeopleSoft as its primary ERP platform, the city currently leverages several supporting business applications such as SAP SuccessFactors– Robust, secure, flexible, sustainable, and user–friendly platform tailored to the needs of city staff, vendors, contractors, client users, and government officials throughout city.– Must implement a modernized ERP solution that enhances the City’s mission–critical business operations and must position the City to operate, maintain, and evolve the platform independently over its full lifecycle by establishing the ongoing support structure, transferring knowledge to City staff, and delivering the documentation, test assets, and governance needed for the City to sustain the solution after implementation.– Develop and maintain a comprehensive staffing plan that ensures the availability of qualified resources to meet project objectives across all phases of the ERP implementation.– SI will partner with CoR to deliver a comprehensive ERP transformation, working within an established governance framework that includes a core project team, business and technology leads, and a structured decision–making process.– SI will be responsible for developing and refining project plans, methodologies, and deliverables, including milestone–based schedules, resource strategies, and risk mitigation approaches– SI will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive data migration services to ensure accurate, complete, and timely conversion of legacy data into the ERP systems– SI shall assess the City's integration landscape and develop an Enterprise Integration Strategy that defines integration principles, architectural standards, preferred integration methods, governance processes, and future–state recommendations
