Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na pełnieniu funkcji Inżyniera w rozumieniu Warunków Kontraktowych FIDIC dla potrzeb realizacji Inwestycji pn. „Poszerzenie odcinka toru wodnego na podejściu do portu morskiego w Świnoujściu” (zwanej dalej również „Inwestycją”). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający żąda od Wykonawcy wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy w wysokości 5 % całkowitej ceny oferty brutto. Zabezpieczenie musi być wniesione w pełnej wysokości, niezależnie od formy jego wniesienia, najpóźniej w dniu zawarcia umowy, ale przed jej podpisaniem. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji oraz egzekwowania wymogu zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy zostały określone we wzorze umowy (kontraktu) stanowiącym Załącznik 2 do SWZ.
