(1) Vendor needs to provide building embodied carbon reporting tool.– Construct a comprehensive software system for reporting embodied carbon emissions from building materials by regulated parties.– Regulated parties include building material manufacturers, importers, and builder–owners.– Allow recordkeeping, analysis, and tracking of embodied carbon in building materials to ensure secure data submission, robust validation mechanisms, and dynamic data analysis.– Incorporate features such as custom data entry template creation, regulated entity fee calculation and payment functionality, an environmental accounting system or ledger for carbon emissions, and an audit trail system to ensure process transparency and data quality.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
