Vendor needs to provide OpenText solution.– Solution provides an interface for the scanning, processing, analysis, document workflows, and storage of large volumes of documents and images in various formats.– Solution provides front‐end scanning, back‐end scanning, automated workflow processes, and web‐based reports for many programs and services– Includes the ability to establish API(s) / Web Services to extract / share data to and from external systems, applications, alternate cloud environments.– Cloud environment must be Criminal Justice Information System– Primary user interface will be web‐based.– System must be capable of ingesting and indexing files– System must be capable of supporting a mass migration of data in or out of the cloud storage– Front‐end and back‐end of the content management system must be independent for end–of–contract transition.– System must be compatible with various operating systems, web browsers, and other technology characteristics
