(1) Vendor needs to provide small pavilion rehabilitation study service to the government authority located in Greensburg, PA. • Consultant shall assess existing site conditions and work collaboratively with the Township to develop a comprehensive, actionable, and grant–ready study to guide future improvements to the site• Provide the township with a completed planning and design study, including supporting documentation, cost estimates, plans, graphics, and project information, to pursue external funding and support future capital improvements.• Existing recreational amenities and facilities.• Current and future community recreation needs.• Site access and circulation.• Parking and pedestrian connectivity• Utilities and other physical constraints.• Natural and environmental features.• Opportunities for improved programming and community use.• Long–term operations and maintenance considerations.• Potential grant eligibility and competitiveness.
