(1) Vendor needs to provide regional visitor brand development service. – Develop a coherent, recognisable regional visitor identity that inspires visitors, supports sustainable growth across the visitor economy and complements the region's existing destination brands.• Insight–informed brand system development.• Messaging frameworks, simple brand system usage guidelines and narrative tools, including guidelines for photographic/videographic styles, tone of voice, social media content frameworks and internationalisation strategy.• Development of endorsement protocols and usage rules/frameworks• Comprehensive creative templates and adaptable asset libraries• Example applications across consumer, trade, and business events markets• Launch, implementation and activation planning with internal and external stakeholders, including stakeholder training• Ongoing brand support – potential retained work to be negotiated.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
