DRA-10845 - USA (Iowa) - Phone Surveying and Data Collection Service - Deadline June 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide phone surveying and data collection service to the government authority located in Iowa. • Provide labor research, phone surveying, online surveying, and data collection services in support of studies and statewide workforce analysis initiatives.• Conduct phone interviews, online surveys, and mail–to–web survey efforts within designated ZIP Codes provided by the Agency for both specific Area campaigns and quarterly rolling statewide campaigns.• Obtaining residential mailing lists for mail–to–web survey efforts;• Printing, preparing, and mailing survey materials;• Providing secure online survey platform services;• Providing project management and customer support services;• Uploading completed survey data through a secure site;• Managing multiple survey campaigns concurrently;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
