(1) Vendor needs to provide direct mail marketing campaign services.1. Print Publication– Complete turnkey design services with provided content,– Provide online service to upload / submit content,– Provide a final, reader–accessible PDF of each issue that meets current digital accessibility standards, including properly tagged content, a logical reading order, searchable text, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, accessible links, and appropriate document properties,2. Online edition for each issue,– Responsive for PC, tablet, mobile and social media,– Supply Website Page Analytics, including but not limited to: visitors, unique visitors, page visits, click through rates, breakdown of traffic across platforms,– Provide a two–week multi–channel social media campaign.(2) A virtual pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 1,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
