(1) Vendor needs to provide priority dispatch ProQA software license renewal services.– Software license renewals, 24/7 technical support, emergency medical dispatch (EMD) certifications and re–certifications, and specialized training for software integrated with the computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.– Platinum level software extended service plan for thirteen console licenses.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
