OIL & GAS LEASE III

Ector County is requesting proposals on Project Title . Sealed or Electronic Proposals addressed to Ector County Purchasing Agent, Lucy Soto will be received by Response Submission Time CST on Response Submission Date . Any proposals received after proposal closing time will not be accepted. The project consists of lease of oil, gas and minerals underlying the properties owned by Ector County specified in this document. All proposals should be received either electronically, or at the location below by the deadline. If the Proposer chooses to submit a Hard copy, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a return address and clearly marked " Project Title " The Proposer's firm name shall appear on the outside of the envelope. Deadline for proposal submission is Response Submission Time CST on Response Submission Date . Location for hard copy submittal is Ector County Purchasing Department, 1010 E 8th Street, Suite 110, Odessa, TX 79761. Pursuant to Chapter 71 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, Ector County, Texas hereinafter "County" is accepting proposals for the purpose of entering into an Oil and Gas Lease for certain designated County owned property. County invites sealed proposals from interested qualified entities, hereinafter called Respondents, for a lease of the oil, gas and minerals underlaying the properties owned by Ector County, as described in Exhibit A.
