CONS-22718 - USA (Tucson, Arizona) - Roofing Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide roofing services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ. – Perform a full range of Roofing Services required on an as–needed basis throughout agency. – The scope of work for each project cannot be precisely defined at this time, but the range of services Contractor may be responsible for, includes, new roofing, replacement, maintenance and repair of commercial roofing systems, maintenance and repair of multiple ply roof membranes of various materials, maintenance and repair of various roof penetration jacks and flashings, and emergency  roofing repairs, with an emphasis on 3–ply built up roofing, all in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 7, 2026.
