CONS-23624 - USA (St. Louis, Missouri) - Engineering Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – These services shall be related to drinking water supply, treatment, transmission, distribution and other related infrastructure and operations.– Services include, but are not limited to, design of new facilities, modifications of existing facilities, regulatory consulting, surveying, alternatives studies, engineering studies, reports and other miscellaneous duties.– All engineering disciplines and related fields need to be accounted for, including but not limited to, water, structural, electrical, geotechnical, hydraulics, HVAC, fire protection, mechanical, process, storm and earthwork grading, instrumentation and, treatment plant residuals management, safety requirements, etc.– Planning and program development:– Improvement strategies, long–term water system assessments, feasibility studies for infrastructure upgrades and strategic growth initiatives that align with community needs and regulatory requirements.– This will also include development of infrastructure stability strategies for maintaining, rehabbing and replacing critical assets to ensure continued service reliability and minimizing disruptions.– Modeling and system analysis:– Hydraulic and water quality Modeling, network optimization and system performance analysis to improve operational efficiency and reliability.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
