CATS Boiler and Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Charlotte is using the Bonfire e-Procurement Portal (“Procurement Portal” - https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com) to accept and evaluate proposals for this RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal on or before the Due Date in order to be accepted. The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for its boiler and chiller systems. The chiller and boiler equipment will consist of, but not limited to Trane, Pulse, Aalon, Carrier and Lochinvar chillers at the CATS Facilities. This equipment can only be serviced by certified technicians with access to proprietary parts. The selected vendor will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of the existing boiler and chiller equipment, as well as potential upgrades and installations as needed.
