Rooftop HVAC Replacement at Greenbrier Intermediate School and Great Bridge Intermediate School

The work primarily consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of a 35-ton vertical water source heat pump serving the gymnatorium and replace with package rooftop unit of equal capacity. New units to be roof mounted gas heat, electric cool, units mounted on curbs. Disconnect supply and return ductwork connection and duct mounted smoke detectors. Reconnect to existing supply and return duct and install new duct smoke detectors. Remove condensate drain, refrigerant piping and hot water piping and install new condensate drain piping to the nearest roof drain. Remove and install new electrical power feeds, as required. New Automatic Temperature Controls include simple reconnection to existing. Provide miscellaneous structural support on roof to accommodate new HVAC unit.
