Description
It is the intent of this solicitation to engage one contractor to provide ditch maintenance and cleaning services for multiple locations throughout the City of St. Cloud on an as-needed basis. Services shall include removal of any impediments of flow, to include but not limited to debris, trash, vegetation, trees, and sediment accumulation. Service results shall allow for unobstructed flow of water at each location. Ditch maintenance and cleaning services shall be scheduled and performed on an as-needed basis. Contractor shall be capable of successfully performing basic surveying to check and verify topographic information, such as line, grade, slope, and interpret plans and drawings for regrading ditches. Under the solicitation process, the stipulations set forth herein are fully binding on the bidder to the extent that you confirm acceptance in the Respondent’s Certification .
