It is the intent of the Columbus Consolidated Government ( the City) to establish an annual contract with a Primary and a Secondary contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials for the provision of on-call Electrical installation and maintenance services during normal business hours and after hours on an �as needed basis�, on all buildings and structures for Columbus Consolidated Government.
